bramv101 is on a distinguished road
Hi all,

My question is more physics/design related then CFD but i should think that there are some experts present here.
I am designing a pressure regulator, just a simple moving membrane on top of a cup, Now for safety i want to install a bleed hole in this cup.
My question, where is this hole best positioned? At the edge or at the center of the cup?

My idea is at the edge, this way the hole dimensions while auto adapt to the flow conditions?

Any thoughts on this?
