grids for flow over a square cylinder

Dear Sir, could anyone tell me how to generate a non-uniform grid for flow over a square cylinder, grids should be clustered near the cylinder. Is there any formula?

Thank you for your reply,I have seen the grid you created. please tell sir how to create that grid. I am using finite difference method in c program

You need a hyperbolic tangent (or hyperbolic sine function) to cluster the grid points. You can find the exact expression in CFD- Wiki or in any CFD book.

I suggest that you exploit software of grid generation such as Gridgen, ICEM CFD, because time can be saved.
