Default Applying Non-Uniform Pressure Field in Abaqus

Hi, I have been given a pressure results from an unknown CFD package, the format of the data being in (x, y, z, P) columns. I need to read this field into Abaqus as a pressure load. Without going too deep into FSI, what would you suggest that I do? Thanks.
