Numerical methods for incompressible flows

I need a solver for incompressible flow on structured and mesh. Can anyone tell me which method is better for structured and unstructured meshes. why? I do not try all of them. Thanks in advance.

SIMPLE or its family is widely used for incompressible flow. But who can say SIMPLE is best ? It depends on ......

Thank you, guys. I simply do not like messy SIMPLE methods. However, artificial compressibility is not a good idea too. Are there no other methods?

For a completely new method, look at two papers recently submitted to Math Comp on http://j.t.holdeman.home.att.net/research.htm
