hahuhe is on a distinguished road
hi,
I am studying about k-w Wilcox. I was wondering if anyone could help me for the followings:
1) i read in some literature that the model does not require mesh function to get a denser grid near wall (using same size grid), is that true?
2) what is the relation of the local Reynolds number at each point with the k values?
Thank you all for your time. Any comments are welcomed.

added: i am trying to study the wave boundary layer in closed conduits using 1d k-w. upstream pressure gradient from data, for the model du/dz=dk/dz=dw/dz=0 and the bottom boundary condition wall function for omega, u = k = 0...using central difference. no luck. blow up
