Radiation view factor

Hi, is there any Monte-Carlo code for finding radiation view factors and may be heat transfer in 3-D transparent (or not) media? Any information is very appreciated.

Please check MONT3D Website http://www.colostate.edu/~pburns/monte/documents.html

You can also find some subroutines made public in 2nd ed. of radiative heat trasfer book of Modest.

Many thanks for your message. But Modest's book is unattainable to me since I don't live in US.

You can get source codes mentioned in the book from this web page

http://www.bh.com/AEG/default.asp?ma...031637&country=

Just choose outside of north america from that page you will see the list of many freecodes useful for radiative heat transfer calculations

Thank you very much. I think the Modest's book is the best on this topic. Only hard to buy it.
