Default ground mesh of a car

I am an aeronautical engineer student and I mesh a car for my final work. I use a NASTRAN CFD software to study my car.My problem is in the ground; if there anyone to know how i can do this mesh, please contact to my mail. Thank you. Juan Manuel Perrier
