Methane Combustion Model

I've been working on a combustion chamber to ignite methane and then later reduce the NOx output with urea. However, the gas is throwing off massive amounts of heat-upwards of 5,000 F. Ideal temperature is around 3,000 F. If anyone can offer any solutions on how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
