Hi

I am working on a compressible 3D temporal mixing layer.I read in the papers, as you increase the Mach number, you might see eddy shocklets.
my questions is, is there any criteria to find the eddy shocklets in the flow field? I mean, how can I find in a certain grid, I have eddy shocklet or not?

I appreciate if you could help.
