Hi,

I'm a beginnner of DNS~

Now,I want to use the pseudo-spectral method to compute the turbulent channel flow. But, I am not sure that I must iterate the discrete equation until the solution is convergent per time step!

thanks!

No

In DNS, each time step you will get a unsteady, instantaneous flow field. You don't need iteration.

Hello~~

Why? Who can explain it?

thanks
