Wanted: CFD Example of Free Convection around a light bulb
Can anyone point me to an example (image or video) of the free convection around a light bulb? I need to find an example showing the velocity field generated by the thermal plume from a light bulb (any wattage at this point is fine.)
If a light bulb is not available, then I can settle for a simple sphere or even a 2D cylinder, but I need to have the scale of the velocity vectors or contours included. As simple as this may seem, I can't find a suitable example on the web. Thanks. |
You can look for CFD Modeling of laser plume. Only problem is the wattage is too high. Check online or if possible in nanoscience journals.
