I just got CFD and I would like to know how to use it
 

I actually know nothing about how to use this software, I installed it and tried to, i don't know, load some data from a .dat, but it dosen't work.
What I need it s a beginner tutorial, something that explain how to draw a model and describes how to analyze some characteristics.
