Elmer a Free, Open Source Multiphysics Programme
 

Few weeks ago, there was a post about Elmer, I am looking at the capabilities of the programme, and I am impressed.
If you are using Windows, then log on this site and grab the latest compilation
http://www.nic.funet.fi/pub/sci/phys...r/bin/windows/
install it, then click on the ElmerGUI icon (The installer will place three icons on the desktop, but this is the right one to start the programme).
If you are, like me, a Linux user, you have to be patient.
Problems relating to install the solver has been sorted out, and you can install it
I would like to contact readers that have installed it successfully on their Linux boxes, I have few problems and wish to know how they solved them.(Problems Solved)
