My M.Sc. supervisor carried his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in this topic, his supervisor was prof. Spalding (PHOENICS CFD founder), you can either contact him email: mhsiddig@yahoo.com or you can try to get his thesis if you are in UK. The source code of the early versions of PHOENICS which is named champion 2/E/FIX is also availabe at that thesis.
