CFD in matlab

I am wanting to know if anyone has written any CFD code in matlab for environmental flow analysis. It must have the following criteria:

1) computatioanal speed is relatively unimportant. 2) 2D flow, maybe move to 3D in the future. 3) preferrably a k-epsilon model for turbulence. 4) wall roughness and wall temperature a must. 5) buoyancy a must (boussinesq). 6) tetrahedral meshing only (with expansion factors). 7) Differencing scheme??? hopefully a good one!

I want this to be an open source piece of software which is easily modifiable, primarily as a research tool but also for education.

If anyone has any suggestions or knows of readily available open source code which I can base the module on can they please let me know.

Any other advice would be helpful as well (I already use CFX, so please don't lecture me).

Many thanks in advance

Dougal

Re: CFD in matlab

Correction; hexahedral meshing is adequate.
