SOLA-VOF code or technical report

Does anyone know where they are available to download? They are restricted to be accessible only to government agencies at LANL library.

Re: SOLA-VOF code or technical report

I have NASA-VOF-2D and 3D. If you need it instead of SOLA-VOF, email to me. I know the NASA-VOF codes are the improved versions of SOLA-VOF cosdes.

Re: SOLA-VOF code or technical report

Some of these old Los Alamos reports are available on the DOE Information Bridge. Perhaps the best bet is to contact someone currently in Group T-3 at Los Alamos and see if they still have copies available. Names, addresses, and phone numbers should be easy to find with Google or on the Los Alamos website www.lanl.gov. Once upon a time, T-3 had a website at something like gnarly.lanl.gov.

Good luck!

Who sent an email to me yesterday asking for NASA-VOF2D, NASA-VOF3D codes? Please email me again, I deleted your email unintentionally.

Free Surfaces, SOLA-VOF

I am a student Hussam Ali Khalaf from Iraq, I am a postgraduate student.
Because of the bad security situation in my country, currently have completed my education at the University of Kazan in Russia.

I study and work on the subject of free surfaces.
I'm now working on the article:

"SOLA-VOF: A Solution Algorithm for Transient Fluid Flow with Multiple Free Boundaries"
B.D. Nichols, C.W. Hirt, R.S. Hotchkiss

I hope everyone interested in the above subject and cooperation through the exchange of ideas and tips and information (today and in the future). And I hope that you agree to be a friend to you.

Best Regards

Hi all
I am using COBRAS ( a higher version of RIPPLE) to simulate the overtopping flow however seem the model is not good for a flow down at a slope.
Anyone try to simulate the flow at a slope by using NASA-VOF ?
By the way could you please send me NASA-VOF code.
Thank you in advance.
