How can I get CELMINT code?

I want to simulate the two-phase flow in solid-propellant rocket motors (SRMs),and I find some documents using the Combined Eulerian Lagrangian Multidimensional Implicit Nonlinear Time-dependent code (CELMINT),how I get the CELMINT code?
