I am interested in research in transition from laminar to turbulent flow due to the mathematical and theoretical nature of the subject. The research in the field is usually centred around high Reynold's number.

Do you have any particular project in mind? Please suggest any resources and information that can be of interest.

Hi,

There is a project, called UTAT (Unsteady Transitional flows in Axial Turbomachines) in call 3 of EU framework 5, which studies transition modelling. I believe the project started last year, could possibly be interesting for you.
