Default oscillatory residuals & slow convergency in SIMPLE

Hi,

I am applying SIMPLE scheme to a Flat plat with zero thickness in a uniform flow. I am encountering oscillatory residuals which results to slow down my convergency of my code. Can anyone tell me what the problem is. My RE=100 and I am using Gauss-Seidel for my system of equation.
