Hello everyone,
I need to compare results (concerning the head loss through a perforated grid) given by fluent, Code_Saturne, and those predicted by a theoretical formula which is the "Grootenhuis" one.

Does anyone have an idea about the grootenhuis formula with a certified bibliography ?

I think it looks like this : ξ= [1/C²] * [(S_passage / S_total)²-1]

and C= 1.45 / SQRT(1+210Re)

Thanks a lot !
