Lagrangian FEM for CFD

Hi, I want to simulate fluid flow involving deformable boundaries. Example, microstructural flow of blood (along with blood cells).

I found that Lagrangian FEM is the better way to simulate. Can anyone suggest a book for this method?

(I am new to FEM in CFD).

Is there any other method that is better than this?
