file from icem to fluent

uday is on a distinguished road
Iam doing inlet manifold simulation for twin cylinder engine.

I mesh the manifold using icem cfd. when iam trying to open this mesh file in to fluent it is not opening.

when iam trying to save mesh file in icem cfd it is not saving in .mesh formate. It is saving in another formate.

So please give me suggations in this matter.
