Where can I get a free software with e^N method for transition prediction?

I am interested in transition prediction for hypersonic flow, but I have not a free software with e^N method. Where can I get a free software with e^N method? Thank you in advance!:confused::confused:

For incompressible flows check Xfoil - it is free and open source.

I don't think you will find any free hypersonic e^N implementation. Usually e^N is coupled with a boundary layer code. Do you have a hypersonic BL code ?

You really need to detect the transition position or you want a better estimation for Cd ? If you don't need an estimation for the transition you can probably use LES with any commercial CFD code (last version of Fluent has a transition model implemented) or only for LES check OpenFoam.

Can you give me the algorithm about e^N?

I have not a hypersonic BL code, but I have a NS software without transition model. I know the e^N method is a practical method so far, but I have not the algorithm in detail. So can you give me some papers about e^N method in detail. Thank you.

If I remember correctly Cebeci presents the e^N in details in his boundary layer books. However I'm not sure the presentation is suitable for use with a NS solver.

You can search AIAA for transition papers.

Thank Dohander. I will search web and AIAA papers through Google.
