I am starting to write an LES code for flow across a square cylinder. I imagine using finite volumes, SIMPLE/C algorithm and implicit time discretization. What should I start reading to get guidance on implementing the project?

I think it is better to read LES by Pierre Sagaut,and for Finite volume method, CFD by Malala Sekara. i wish u all the best
