compact difference

Hello, does somebody know how to derive the coeficient of the compact difference scheme of Lele? Thank you

If I remember Lele's paper correctly they are follow from the theory of Pade approximates. You can get them from the table in

"Introduction to numerical analysis" by F.B. Hildebrand (1956).
