blons is on a distinguished road
Hi all,
I have implemeted the Yoshizawa LES model to solve a time dependent flat plate.
The turbulent viscosity is the following:

I have generated the starting velocity, energy fields.
I am struggling to understand how to initialise the subgrid turbulent kinetic energy k sgs.
Is there any algebraic relation I can use to get the initial field from the variables I already have?

Any suggestion is very appreciated.

Thanks
