modeling heat transfer (unsteady )

I want to plot temperature x time, but I donīt know how to do it.

If the results are 1D, then within your solver store temperature versus time in a file. Then load file into a plotting program and plot. Or load the file into Excel and plot. Sorry for the vague answer, but your question is very vague. If this is a 3D field, then the best approach is to use something like Tecplot and create an animation. If it is 3D then you'll need a separate file of the temperature field at each time step or at each time you want an animation frame.

That is a bit difficult to answer. How is you data formated?
How did you get it?

Temperature x time in unsteady

Example : When I want plot temperature x position in steady I go to XY plot, but in unsteady I donīt know where I can plot temperature x time. :(

Sorry, but I dont know which software you are using. That makes it even more difficult to help you.
