Default Problem with mesh generating in AVL FAME HEXA

Hi!

I have a problem when i try to generate a mesh using FAME HEXA. The problem area is where two concave surfaces ends up. I end up getting cuts in the geometry despite high refinement ratio on the corner. The model is made i ProEngineer and then imported to AVL FIRE and triangulated. Is it possible that the model is to well defined?

In HEXA i use both refinement on the concave surfaces and the edge connecting them. I also use the option "preserve model details".

I have attached two pictures of the problem.
