wave resistance problem with SHIPFLOW

i'm using shipflow software to calculation the wave resistance with non-linear free surface boundary. but the result is about 10*e-3, no matter how many panels on the hull.
the freesurface has a distribution of 25 panels per wavelength in longitudinal direction. the tranverse direction is chosen that the aspect ratio of the freesurface panels is around 1.
is there anyone can help?

Have you specified the ship speed correctly?

yes!
the command used for a small draught, the result seems no problem. what's the reason makes the difference?
