JAC84 is on a distinguished road
Can anyone describe the velocity/vorticity formulation for the incompressible 3D N.S. equations. I cannot find much information on this. I can find Stream function/Vorticity form, but only in 2D.

I am trying to apply this to flow past a cylinder.
