Solving CD Nozzle in Conservation form

I am currently doing the project exact same as the working example on Anderson's CFD book, Section 7.3 and 7.5.
Nonconservation is OK. But coding the conservation form is nasty.
Followed sample calculations in page 346 to 349
The predictor steps were almost as smooth as the nonconservation form. But I spent two days to get predicted values for i=15, barred F1,F2, and F3 were not same as the values on the book. (for i= 16, they are same)
It was said that ‘ for i= 15 are based on the predicted values of U1 U2 and U3.
But I can remember these values are computed by forward differences.
Do I need go back use rearward to get predicted values of U1 U2 and U3 and then go to the predicted flux?

Thanks!
