Grid-to-grid data interpolation

Hi!

I have the following problem.

I have CFD solution of my flowfield, the solution was performed on a unstructured grid using Fluent. I need to interpolate these data to a new STRUCTURED grid and save the result in stuctured view, i.e. as a function of coefficient i,j,k only.

Fluent can do this interpolation, but the result is too diffusive. One can use Tecplot, but tecplot native file retains the grid as unstructured. Besides, it can not read my huge Fluent files.

Is some another program(s) that can solve my problem??

I know Matlab has built in unstructured to structured interpolation. It isn't perfect but it might be good enough for you case.
griddata is the command.
