Meshing for StarCCM

I am analyzing a aerodynamic design with an engineer running the StarCCM solver. In the past I've provided .igs files which he has meshed and analyzed on a different solver. No that he is using the StarCCM solver he is no longer able to do the meshing himself. Can anyone provide input as to what inexpensive software I can use to mesh with. I currently use SketchUp Pro and import .skp files into ViaCad 6 3D and then export in .igs. I now need meshing software that can import these file formats (or AutoCad format) and export mesh for StarCCM solver. I currently use MacOS but have access to Windows machine. Any ideas will help greatly. Thanks, Steve

Pointwise imports IGES, exports to STAR-CCM+, and runs on Mac, Windows, and Linux. www.pointwise.com

Why can't he do the meshing in CCM+? It has a good easy to use mesher that directly reads IGES files.
