Hello everybody,
I am new to this forum and I already searched for other topics but i couldn't find a problem like this.

I have 3-dimensional-data of fluid-velocities u,v and w (each about 500x500x500). I have ten of these data-sets, each for a different time-step.

Now I want to do a POD on the two velocities normal to the flowdirection. I just want to analyse a single layer at a time, but then i still have 2 500x500-matrices and i have no idea how to combine them properly to do a POD on them.

Could anybody give me a hint or help me out on this?
