I am a pg student ,working towards Simulation of Cavitation.I am planning to get a software for simulating Cavitation .Currently I am doing literature Survey.I will be grateful if anyone can indicate me some resources That would be helpful.Can anyone Suggest me the Best choice to choose my software for simulating puposes

cavitation refers to the formation of vapor bubbles in regions of low pressure within the flow field of a liquid. cavitation is similar to boiling, except that the latter is generally considered to occur as a result of an increase of temperature rather than a decrease of pressure Occuring During Flow through pipes,pumps,turbines,valves,etc

Hello Maniramkumar, Fluent 6.1.22 has a good description of cavitation simulation and I have personally used it. Its getting better with Fluent 6.2 in the coming months
Let me knw if u have any questions on simulating CAvitation in Fluent CFDtoy |

Next month we should start testing the model of cavitation in FlowVision. We could have at least information exchange... rgs
