What are some FVM methods?

Hello
I know SIMPLE algorithm and SOLA,what are some other FVM methods?
Thanks in advance

SIMPLE (and presumably SOLA) are not strictly FVM methods - SIMPLE can be applied in a finite difference sense as well. FVM methods are those that begin with an integral formulation of the equations of motion and discretize space using a set of discrete volumes over which the equations are expressed. Thus, most of the methods that are written about can be considered "FVM methods", such as those using Riemann solvers, approximate Riemann solvers, central differencing, etc. The only real question centers around how to compute face quantities and fluxes, and how gradients are determined. So most of the methods described in any good CFD book can be utilized in a finite volume sense.
