Dear Colleagues,

Here are the links to several Brownian Dynamics simulations using MatLab and Mathematica:

The author is interested in collaborations to study other aspects of polymeric suspensions.

Thank you for your interest.

Kind regards, Housam BINOUS, PhD Tunis, Tunisia

3n3rgi3 is on a distinguished road
How did you solve the equation of motion of brownian particle numerically?
Is there any method to solve the equation of motion given by Ermak and McCammon?
Thanks.
