Tip speed, RPM, Power, Wind Speed relationships
 

How does rpm for a rotor does correlate to the power of a wind turbine?
And how does the wind velocity, V_infinity, does correlate to the power of a wind turbine?

I'm trying to relate the wind velocity to the speed of the blade's tip from a power curve plot (power vs wind speed).
