Phosphoric acid reactor model

Dear Friends

This message is from Paradeep Phosphates Ltd (PPL) from the state of Orissa , India .

We are one of the biggest DAP Fertiliser manufacturers in India using Phosphoric acid and Ammonia. Phosphoric acid (PA) is manufactured by digesting rock phosphate (33%P205) with sulphuric acid in Concrete circular reactor provided with many agitators. Gypsum is a by-product(Solid) and the reactor slurry is a three phase system with CO2 getting liberated from CaCO3 associated with RockPhosphate .

We feel that the reactor volume is not utilised fully and suspect some channeling inside the reactor. I proposed CFD studies for modelling the reactor but not able to get right contact .

Can someone please give addresses of parties who can dothis job for us?

With best regards
