I'm having problems with the Jameson scheme. I have already used it for external flows, and I found it was really good for steady state calculations. Now I' m using it in a finite difference method for cylindrical coordinates. It seems unable to "hold" a steady solution, I mean, even if the initial condition is an Euler steady solution (basiclally I m fixing a balance between centrifugal force and pressure gradient), and this steady solution is stable, the solution after a while seems to diverge. CAn anyone suggest me what's happening?

Hi!

The Euler equations maybe not sufficient to you solve your problem. YouŽll try add the viscous terms? If you have a centrifigal force, you must use the roting frame terms, where the coriollis force is present.
