Rough airfoil mesh generation

I am currently working on surface perturbations effect on dynamic stall.
The level of roughness introduced to the airfoil is on the level of microns. So is it possible to mesh a rough airfoil in gambit fluent or any other commercial package and will i be able to visualize the flow around the airfoil by varying its oscillations and using different turbulent models. |
