Default ONE-SIDED DIFFERENCE APPROXIMATIONS

Does anyone have a referrence(s) for the approximation of first-order derivatives on a non-uniform (graded) mesh.

In particular, I am after a first-order, second-order and third-order one-sided difference suitable for a non-uniform mesh.

The one-sided difference approximations will be used to approximate velocity gradients at the wall and hence wall shear stresses.

Thanks

Andy.
