COG(Coke Oven Gas) Combustion Problem in "W" Type Radiant Tube

Hi, Everyone

I'm trying to solve heat problem of "W" type radiant tube

<Grid Design>
-------------------- <= Fuel & Air Supplying Line
(
--------------
)
--------------
(
-------------------- => Exhaust Gas Out

When setting up CFD-ACE Model,

#1. Chemical Reaction : CH4+2O2 -> CO2 + 2H2O "For Whole area of tube"
-> Is It Right?

#2. And When I do set up CFD-ACE Model like #1,
In the 1st straight line(the most upper line), There is no CH4 mass fraction (=0) at all!!
Why this happens? Did I do something wrong?

Hi,
I am trying to model a W radiant tube for burning COG( containing mostly H2 and CH4). can u give me a basic idea for modeling in CFD. The flow of air and gas are co-axial.

1) can I model it in 2D, or 3D is necessary?
2) which reaction chemistry can be used. I want to use CH4 and H2 combustion chemistry.

I want to model it using ANSYS-FLUENT
