Ultimate Flux Limiter
 

Dear all
I'm wondering, I could finally write the algorithm of Ultimate Flux Limiter which has introduced by B. P. Leonard. When I implemented this limiter I found something weird. This limiter does not work properly with high Courant numbers such as 0.5 and 0.05 . In addition, every time I run my program (this is only for advection) I have a decrease in peak concentration.
Is that true or in other word is This the nature of Ultimate Limiter with QUICKEST scheme?

Would you please send me your Ultimate Flux Limiter algorithm?
untill now I couldn't find any reference file that explains the procedure (e.g. like in the examples in other subroutines). Any guides could be valuables?
