Calculate diameter of a 3D vessel as a function of flux, Re and Wall shear stress

Can anyone help me in order to make an equation which will represent the diameter of a 3D vessel as a function of flow flux, Renold number (or Viscosity), and wall shear stress. I tried about this but still no clue. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
