Default TAYLOR-DEAN flow fluent

I am studying the taylor-dean flow between the gap of two coaxial cylinders. As the transition to the turbulent régime is caracterized by occuring of cells equally spaced in the axial direction, i want to find these cells by fluent code. please,tell me if it is possible and wich régime is required to simulate it: turbulent or laminar.Thank you very much.see you.
