Breathing wall and its energy modelling

Hello every body.

I've just started my PhD program since septembre 2010. My research topic is about Breathing wall and its energy modelling by using FLUENT and GAMBIT softwares.
So is there anyone to help me how to begin with this subjet and give some more tips&hints about Breathing wall and its energy modelling by using FLUENT and GAMBIT softwares?
