Incompressible N-S

Anybody knows if there is some method that involves both an implicit procedure and a conservative formulation for steady and incompressible flow?.

I know yet it's possible to use the conservative formulation (in terms of the principal fluxes F,G,H) with explicit methods, but I'm stumped on obtaining the same with an implicit procedure.

Also, I don't know if it is possible to employ an adaptative mesh in a space-parabolical problem. I've seen that only with time-dependent problems.

Any link or advice would be greatly appreciated.
