Checking Boundary Element Method applicability

Hello everybody,

I've been looking on the internet now for a while about boundary element methods coupled with two-phase fluids in a closed domain.
I couldn't find anything regarding those subjects.
It looks like, from what I've read (Guhlam et al., Merits and Demerits of BEM for Incompressible Fluid Flow Problems, Journal of American Science 2009;5(6):57-61), that BEM's handling of non homogenous fluid flow is not successful yet.
On the other hand I'd like to know if the BEM is applicable for closed domains (i.e. with no infinite or semi-infinite domains and with no net flow) : the only flow I have to model is generated by the boundary motion.
Do you have any clue if a formulation of the BEM method exists for this kind of problems? Is it only possible with current classical BEM formulations?

Thank you in advance for any help you could provide.

Michael
