pre_well_mix boundary condition in microchannei
 

Dear all

Respectfully this is changiz karamian, student of chemical engineering in Isfahan university of technology in Iran .

I read the paper by this title "Slug flow in curved microreactors: Hydrodynamic study" that was published in june, 26, 2007. I am interested in reproducing the paper for my dissertation validation as "CFD analysis of slug flow in micro channel ".

my problem for obtaining this it is necessary for me to know what is the concept of "pre-well-mixed"? I use fluent software with the said algorithms in that paper. So, I want to know, what is your intention of "pre-well-mixed" by considering numerical and boundary conditions? How do we can exert these boundary conditions? I don't know if it is possible to take mixture of air and water (by the amount of volume fractional 0.5 for water) in the entrance.
